Our packaging design is tailored to accommodate the quantity and dimensions of the items you purchase. Each order is carefully secured in a protective bag to ensure maximum safety during transit. To uphold customer privacy, all shipments are dispatched in plain, unmarked packaging, ensuring the contents remain discreet and confidential. For international orders, customs declarations are labeled as “Sample garments” to facilitate seamless clearance and delivery.

Estimated Fees:
To provide transparency, you can view the estimated shipping cost for any item by adding it to your cart. The shipping rate will be displayed on the cart page, allowing you to make an informed decision before proceeding. Please note that you are under no obligation to complete the purchase or provide payment details unless you choose to proceed to checkout.
Actual Shipping Fee:
The final shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout once you enter your exact delivery address on the shipping page.
SHIPPING CARRIER
By default, hocbstyle.it manages all online orders. Our team operates seven days a week, excluding holidays, to ensure timely processing. Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are typically processed and packed on the same day, while those submitted after this time will be handled the following business day. For larger orders with a significant number of items, processing may take an additional two or more days. While we process orders daily, shipments are collected by our logistics partners from our warehouse Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
Please note that once an order is transferred to DHL or another carrier, hocbstyle.it is not responsible for any delays or issues that may arise during the shipping and delivery process. We strive to ensure a smooth experience, but delivery timelines are ultimately dependent on the carrier’s operations.

- Business Days: Business days exclude weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and public holidays.
- Delivery Estimates: These timeframes are based on normal circumstances and are not a guarantee of delivery times.

- Express Shipping Limitations: Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Order Processing Time: The estimated shipping time does not include the 1-2 business days required to process your order after it is placed.
- Delivery Delays: While we strive to deliver your package as quickly as possible, additional delays may occur due to invalid addresses or customs clearance issues.
- Shipping Fee Calculation: The actual shipping fee will be displayed at checkout once you enter your destination address on the shipping page.
- Shipping Issues: If you encounter any issues with your shipment, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days of placing your order.
- Remote Areas: For addresses located in remote areas outside DHL’s service coverage, an additional $30 shipping fee will apply.
Customs Duties and Fees:
The recipient is recognized as the importer of record and is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. For international shipments, the recipient may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees levied upon the package’s arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, and we cannot predict or control the amount of such fees.
If customs clearance is required, the recipient must provide clearance information and an invoice. Please contact us in advance for assistance. Customs policies vary by country, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for further details. Please note that customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Under normal circumstances, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number for your reference.
