Based on your location, we will assign the nearest return center and provide you with the appropriate return address. To streamline the process and ensure a satisfactory resolution, we kindly request that you take photos of the items to confirm their condition before initiating a return. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Once the returned package arrives at our return center, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to assess the quality and check for any damage. If the returned items meet our quality standards, we will proceed with issuing a refund or arranging an exchange.

Important Note: The return address may vary depending on your location. Please contact our customer service team to confirm the correct return address before sending any items. We cannot be held responsible for returns sent to an incorrect address.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchange Policy (Ready-to-Wear Collections)

  1. We offer exchanges or refunds if the product you choose does not fit, does not meet your expectations, or if you change your mind.
  2. This policy applies only if the original product has not been worn, damaged, or altered and remains in resalable condition.
  3. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Please contact customer service before returning any items.
  4. We understand that selecting the right size on your first order can be challenging. If you need to exchange an item due to size issues or an incorrect order, we will cover the postage cost for the first replacement. For any additional exchanges, both the return and replacement shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Items outside the 90-day warranty period.
  2. Items that have been washed, worn, used, or misused and are no longer in resalable condition.
  3. ON-SALE products marked as “special offer” or “big deals.”
  4. Made-to-Order (MTO) items, including customized clothing, items without existing stock, or products modified to meet specific customer requests (e.g., changes to height, color, materials, logos, or designs).

Wrong or Faulty Items
An item is considered faulty if it is received damaged or if a manufacturing defect is identified within 90 days of purchase. Please note that damage resulting from normal wear and tear does not qualify as a fault.

Minor differences, such as slight color variations, are not considered faults. A product is deemed incorrect only if there is a significant discrepancy in type, heel style, color, size, or other essential features compared to what was ordered. In such cases, the item may be eligible for replacement, repair, or a refund. Customers must provide a detailed description of the issue and submit photos or videos to clearly demonstrate the problem.

Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel any order for non-personalized items (from the Ready-to-Wear collections) at any time before the order is shipped, without providing a reason.

Exchange and Refund (Money-Back Guarantee)

  1. All returned items will be inspected by our after-sales team upon arrival. Items must be in their original condition, including all original packaging, boxes, manuals, and accessories.
  2. For exchanges, processing typically takes 1-3 business days after receiving the returned item, depending on stock availability.
  3. For refunds, processing takes 1-3 business days after receiving the returned item. The refund will then be issued, and the time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your payment method (typically 7-14 days for credit/debit cards).
  4. To prevent fraud, abuse, or excessive use of our returns policy, we reserve the right to refuse returns for “Change of Mind” reasons if we deem the number of returns excessive or unreasonable. Once an exchange is issued, refunds are no longer accepted.
  5. The money-back guarantee does not apply to volume/wholesale orders or customized items.

The maximum refund amount will not exceed the original payment made to hocbstyle.it. Please note that hocbstyle.it is not responsible for any bank fees or currency exchange charges, as these are managed by the customer’s bank and will not be reimbursed.
